Body Back Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms. The workouts offer high-intensity, interval formats that give clients a total-body workout.

Body Back® workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

Please note: this program is not appropriate for pregnant women. Postpartum moms should be at least 3 months after delivery. Body Back classes are held at a higher intensity and pace than Stroller Strides. Each 8-week session is limited to 10 moms so you receive individualized attention and coaching. Make sure to reserve your spot early.
