Terms and conditions for FIT4MOM Gold Plan

You will be billed automatically the first of every month.

Unused classes will not roll over at the end of the month. There is no credit given to unused classes.

If you want to place a hold or cancel your plan, we just need to have 7 days written notice.

In your welcome email is the form to fill out for holds and cancellations.
